As a queer therapist and individual, I am passionate and excited to be able to build a practice that provides affirmative psychotherapy to my community. My goal with each client is to build a strong therapeutic relationship in which they feel heard, understood, and appreciated. Together, we work towards reframing negative thought patterns, gaining deeper insight and understanding, and nurturing your overall mental health.
My practice is built on values drawn from sex-positive, kink-savvy, body-positive, queer and trans-affirming care. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families on topics related to sexuality, gender identity, body image, and non-traditional relationships and boundary-setting. Additionally, I have experience and training working with substance use disorders, sexual addiction, depression and anxiety, co-dependency, and sexual and religious trauma.
Currently, my practice operates in a hybrid setting. I offer in-person sessions in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, and telehealth services to clients located in California and Utah over a secure and HIPPA-compliant video platform.
I empathize that finding a therapist is not always an easy task! If it feels as though we may be a good match to work together, I encourage you to reach out via email or book an appointment for an initial consultation.
A Space That Feels Safe and Collaborative
I work with individuals and couples across Los Angeles in a way that is inclusive, respectful, and grounded in relational and emotion-focused therapy.
You don’t need to educate your therapist here.
You don’t need to minimize your experience.
And you don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need a willingness to start.
